How do I create an account?

Contact your administrator or use the Sign Up option from the home page. You will need to be onboarded as a member under an organization.

How do I send bulk SMS?

After logging in, go to Bulk SMS. You can upload recipients and send messages. SMS costs are deducted from your balance.

What are AI Text and AI Image?

AI Text helps generate titles and descriptions. AI Image helps create images with your branding. Both use your balance per use.

How can I request account deletion?

Go to the Account Deletion page, enter your email or mobile number and reason. We will process your request and notify you.
