• What we do: When approved, we permanently delete your member account, user account, and related data (balance history, usage history, content, and other linked records).
• Timeline: We aim to process requests in a reasonable time. You cannot access the account after approval.
• Exceptions: We may retain minimal data where required by law; such data is kept only as long as legally required.
